How long will my order take to make?


Our lead times vary from between 4 - 8 weeks depending on the time of year. This may increase during the summer due to holidays or prior to Christmas because of peak demand. If you require a faster delivery please contact us and we will certainly try and accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if, for example you are decorating and don't want delivery for a couple of months we are happy to postpone your delivery until you are ready to accept it.




Can you modify your designs to suit my requirements?

That’s why we’ve invested in the most advanced website security available, designed to provide all the protection and assurance you need, from making transactions to updating personal information.




What is fabric protection and how does it work?


We spray your furniture with a protective water based non allergenic coating at our factory prior to delivery to your home. This coating will protect and restore your furniture against almost all household stains. However, if you are unable to clean away the stain you can call on the expertise of a professional cleaning service to remove the stain in your home. The fabric protection lasts for 5 years.




Can I make changes to my online order?


If you want to make any changes to your order, email us for further assistance. Please keep in mind that not every piece of furniture is the same, so there might be variations between batches. Also, changing your order may delay your delivery and could alter the price you’ve been quoted.




What if my order is late?


Please don’t worry. We’ll let you know straight away if your estimated delivery time has changed. Of course, some delays are beyond our control but if this happens we will make every effort to keep you informed. If you experience any issues with delivery, please email us for further assistance.




What if my furniture does not fit?


Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the furniture you’ve ordered does not fit, where it’s too big for the room or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or entrances. So, when you order your furniture, it’s important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible. Justina Design cannot accept responsibility for furniture not fitting, as ultimately it is up to you, the customer, to measure. If the worst happens and your delivered furniture won’t fit in, we can offer advice on what to do next. Where do you deliver to?


We currently deliver to mainland UK, Scotland, all countries of the European Union and United States. For all other countries - please contact for the best quote.




What do you charge for delivery?


Our delivery charges vary by product type and destination.




What are the payment options online?


We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.




What happens if my furniture is damaged on delivery?


If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof. To ensure your claim is not rejected please make a note of any damage on the signed delivery note.
